Typically referred to as Lump Sum, our in-house estimating team can provide you with a competitive price to build your project to the plans and specifications developed by your design team. We can also provide logistics planning, value–engineering options and a detailed construction schedule to assist you in selecting the right contractor for your project.

Once selected as your General Contractor, our project management team will hire qualified subcontractors within their specialized scope of work. We will be fully responsible for overall contract administration on your behalf and will also develop the means and methods to construct your project in accordance with your performance requirements. Our means and methods are proven to minimize risk and bring certainty to your project. We will work to resolve issues that may not have been identified during the design phase.

Our database creates more accurate budgets and estimates

We maintain a national database of design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for all scopes of work to develop accurate budgets and estimates for your project. Our database is used as the first step in qualifying subcontractors and identify local, minority, woman, small and disadvantaged business participation.
